American Institute of Architects (AIA)

Since 1857, the AIA has represented the professional interests of America's architects. As AIA members, over 74,000 licensed architects, emerging professionals, and allied partners express their commitment to excellence in design and livability in our nation's buildings and communities. Members adhere to a code of ethics and professional conduct that assures the client, the public, and colleagues of an AIA-member architect's dedication to the highest standards in professional practice.

American Society of Interior Designers (ASID)

ASID is a community of people - designers, industry representatives, educators and students - committed to interior design. Through education, knowledge sharing, advocacy, community building and outreach, ASID strives to advance the interior design profession and, in the process, to demonstrate and celebrate the power of design to positively change people's lives. Its more than 38,000 members engage in a variety of professional programs and activities through a network of 48 chapters throughout the United States and Canada.

Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM)

Established in 1974, the Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM) now serves over 4,500 home building and remodeling industry professionals in affiliation with 15 local associations. The association works to provide the best builder education, effective state lobbying, sensible code reform and industry research to enhance the viability of our industry and the success and professionalism of our members. To further support our members, BAM also provides tools to educate home buyers on housing matters from the first step of hiring a licensed contractor through ongoing home maintenance. Members and their clients benefit from the strong network of experienced and educated home building and remodeling experts affiliated with BAM.

Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC)

The Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) is a professional trade organization created to foster a healthy business environment while improving the professionalism of homebuilders in the Twin Cities. BATC members are also members of the Builders Association of Minnesota and the National Association of Home Builders, which results in a tremendous pool of resources to help member companies grow and prosper. BATC offers numerous educational programs throughout the year, from marketing and sales, to professional growth, to best building practices, ensuring members have the latest information available. BATC works in the public policy arena to ensure city, regional, and state legislators and officials are fully informed about the impact of their decisions upon the state of housing and the housing industry in the region. And, BATC members own a valuable asset, the Parade of Homes (SM), which has become a highly respected resource for consumers to find new homes, builders, remodelers, products and services, as well as timely information about the housing industry.

Central Minnesota Builders Association (CMBA)

Established in 1971, the Central Minnesota Builders Association (CMBA) is a nonprofit, local trade association affiliated with the Builders Association of Minnesota and the National Association of Home Builders. We are comprised of over 500 members involved in all phases of the Central Minnesota building industry. Our fundamental purpose is to foster a healthy business environment for the building industry and those we serve. To carry out this purpose we engage in activities, which strengthen our members' professionalism and promote a positive public image of the building industry.

National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)

NAHB is a Washington, D.C.-based trade association whose mission is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry. Chief among NAHB's goals is providing and expanding opportunities for all consumers to have safe, decent and affordable housing. As "the voice of America's housing industry," NAHB helps promote policies that will keep housing a national priority.

Founded in 1942, NAHB is a federation of more than 800 state and local associations. About one-third of NAHB's 220,000 members are homebuilders and/or remodelers. The remaining members are associates working in closely related fields within the housing industry, such as mortgage finance and building products and services.

National Association of the Remodeling Industry - Minnesota Chapter (NARI MN)

NARI of Minnesota (NARI MN) is the second-largest chapter in its region and one of the most active chapters in the United States. NARI MN gives its members the advantage of affiliation with a proven remodeling authority, with opportunities for networking and education, and gives homeowners the convenience of knowing where to begin their search for an appropriate remodeling partner. Consumers recognize NARI MN members as industry leaders in their commitment to professionalism, quality, and ethics. Homeowners who see the NARI logo on a member's literature, cards, vehicles, or ads will identify that member as a progressive, proactive, and service-oriented company worthy of their business.

National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)

With over 7,000 members in 58 chapters, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) brings together people who work in and with the remodeling industry, belonging and growing by learning from one another. As professionals, we create an exceptional experience for the remodeling consumer. The National Association of the Remodeling Industry is dedicated to being the best resource for knowledge and training in the remodeling industry. Together we help construct the dreams in people's lives.

National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA)

The National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) is a growing non-profit trade association with over 25,000 members. We've led the kitchen and bath industry for over 40 years by providing resources for consumers and industry professionals. Not only does NKBA host the world's largest trade show and offer educational programs, but we also enhance the success of our members by promoting professionalism and ethical business practices. In order to benefit consumers, our association monitors national and state legislation to protect the industry, our members, and consumers.

National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA)

Nearly two decades ago, several leading wood flooring businessmen met to discuss the need for a professional wood flooring trade association. Their mission was to create an organization that would help advance and promote the wood flooring industry, while bringing valuable resources and information to its members. In 1986, their dream became a reality with the launch of the National Wood Flooring Association.

Northwestern Lumber Association (NLA)

The Northwestern Lumber Association (NLA) exists to support all segments of its membership in gaining and maintaining a profitable and competitive position in the marketplace. This is done by providing resources to assist members to serve the public in a professional manner, ensuring that the interests of the members are represented in the legislative and regulative process at all levels of government, and promoting the lumber and building materials industry, its products and services to the public.

St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association (SCVHBA)

The St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association (SCVHBA) is a professional not for profit trade organization chartered in 1979 and affiliated with the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association represents the interests and concerns of the building industry - Builders and Associated Businesses - while promoting quality housing and positive relationships between members and the community we serve. The Association's role is to provide educational programs, informational services, community involvement, governmental representation and social/networking opportunities.
